This document sets out the general terms and conditions for the services and product sales provided by Final Touch Salon (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Seller”) and regulates the rights and obligations of the Client (hereinafter “You,” “Buyer”). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or booking a service. By placing an order or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Services and Products
We offer professional services including manicure, pedicure, as well as eyebrow and eyelash care — lamination, tinting, and extension. Our salon also sells high-quality cosmetic products. Please note that photos and descriptions on the website are for reference only. Due to differences in device screens, colors and appearance of products may vary slightly from the real ones.
4. Booking and Payment
Service bookings are confirmed only after reservation is made. Payment for services is made in person at the salon — online payment is not accepted for services. Payment for products can be made online or upon receipt, depending on the order conditions. Without a reservation, the service is not considered booked and your appointment is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If notification is less than 24 hours or you do not show up, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. To change or cancel your booking, contact us by email or phone. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients efficiently.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If a purchased product is defective or does not meet quality expectations, please contact us immediately. Products may be returned or exchanged if in original, unused condition with packaging intact, within 14 calendar days from receipt. Each case is reviewed individually, and we offer either replacement or refund as soon as possible.
7. Quality Guarantee for Services and Products
We guarantee all services are performed by qualified professionals using tested, high-quality materials. If you notice any issues with a service, please notify us within 3 business days of your visit. We will review your concern and offer solutions — such as redoing the service or providing consultation — to ensure your satisfaction. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
8. Product Delivery
For orders with delivery, shipping time and costs are specified separately. We use reliable courier services and keep you informed during the shipping process.
9. Personal Data Processing
We strictly comply with data protection laws. All information you provide is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
10. Responsibilities of the Parties
The Buyer must provide accurate information when placing orders and comply with salon terms. We guarantee high-quality and safe procedures and products. In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve issues through communication and mutual understanding.
11. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, emergencies, etc.) preventing fulfillment of obligations, the timing of services or product delivery may be postponed without penalties.
